Well we all had our hopes up after Jeff and Jordan survived elimination two weeks ago on The Amazing Race, but this week it all came to and end as Jeff and Jordan came in last again, this time being eliminated from the show. Jeff and Jordan got lucky and survived last week, but they came in second to last place, which meant they started this week's leg last.
This leg was once again in France, and Jeff and Jordan struggled with which challenge to pick, going back and forth between pouring champaign on a tower of champaign glasses, and searching for grapes in a vineyard. Check out the full detailed report of Jeff and Jordan's final episode over at The Amazing Race Blog.
Seeing Jeff and Jordan on The Amazing Race was fun, and gave us a little something to watch as we anxiously await Big Brother 12 to kick off this summer. Jeff and Jordan may not have been able to pull off all these complicated challenges on The Amazing Race, but they brought the same humor and antics that entertained us on Big Brother. We'll be hoping Jeff and Jordan return to the Big Brother house for a future Big Brother All Stars season.
It's hard to believe, but we are only a few more months away from Big Brother 12! We're preparing for what will be our biggest season of coverage ever, and for the first time we will be incorporating the Big Brother Fans Blog official Twitter page to enhance coverage even further.

So now you know where to go and what time to be there, and now we've also got some tips on making the cut. Robyn Kass (who has been casting Big Brother since Big Brother 2) has taken the time to give tips on what they look for when casting. Very valuable info. here if you are serious about making the Big Brother cast. And second we have Kevin from Big Brother 11, giving his own tips on what you should do to get noticed. Kevin has his own unique delivery of course, but this advice is coming from someone who has made the cut and been on the show, again, valuable info. Check out the videos and start getting ready to make the Big Brother 12 cut!
Last week Jeff and Jordan came in last in The Amazing Race, and it looked like the duo was done for in the race, but we all got a shock when it was announced that last week wasn't an elimination leg, and that Jeff and Jordan were still in the game. Of course since they got to stay in, they still had to pay the price for being last, which meant a "speed bump" in this weeks leg of the race that no other team would have to go through. Not only that, but all the other teams got to start ahead of Jeff and Jordan, which put them at a major disadvantage. Things were looking grim from the get go, as once again Jeff and Jordan had problems following the directions in France, but eventually found their way. After finding their clue in a piece of bread just like the other teams, it was off to World War 1 with bombs going off all around then, and planes flying over. Jeff and Jordan had to do an extra challenge that involved building some sort of bunker out of sticks, which they accomplished and then moved on to crawling under barbed wire which the rest of the teams also did. Jeff got Jordan moving by telling her to "put her boobs on the ground and drag them"...classic Jeff and Jordan for you. They were in last place for quite awhile in this leg, but a major power move made by the team of Louie and Michael changed everything. Louie and Michael have finished first the past couple of weeks, and this week had the chance to U-turn one team which would force that team to go back and do a morse code challenge. Joe and Heidi got the U-turn, which ultimately opened the door for Jeff and Jordan to catch up, and actually send Joe and Heidi out of the race. So even through much adversity, Jeff and Jordan were able to finish second to last, and play on next week in The Amazing Race!
Week 4 of The Amazing Race was a roller coaster for Big Brother fans. Jeff and Jordan stayed steadily in the middle of the race, up until they took a cab that took them far off track, and they were not able to recover. The tasks this week included bungee jumping, which Jordan did for the Big Brother team. From there the teams had a choice of stuff their faces with sauerkraut in a limited amount of time, or taking a soccer challenge. Jordan and Jeff chose the sauerkraut, which is what lead them to taking the taxi with the clueless driver, which got them off route big time. Once they got to their destination, the bad luck continued as they couldn't get the sauerkraut down, which lead them to going to the soccer challenge instead. After completing the soccer challenge, they headed to a bar where they had to guzzle a giant boot of beer (a feat that had another contestants literally throwing up outside,) but Jeff nailed it and downed the beer fast. Sadly, it wasn't enough to catch them up, and Jeff and Jordan finished last in the race, ending our hopes for Team Big Brother. BUT in a surprising twist, after Jeff and Jordan were seemingly done in the race, they were informed that this week was NOT an elimination leg in the race. They were told next week they would have to step it up because in the following leg their would be a "speed bump" for them, but none the less, they continue on. Now being Big Brother is of course our top reality show, we haven't watched a whole lot of The Amazing Race in past seasons, but we were under the impression that the team that finishes last is always out. Apparently we were not aware of these "non elimination weeks," but we're glad to report that Jeff and Jordan will continue on, at least for now, in The Amazing Race 16. As always, see the full detailed report of this weeks episode at The Amazing Race Blog.
Team Big Brother has done it once again, and survived another leg of The Amazing Race. This week the teams had choices to make as far as which challenges they wanted to take, and even after getting lost for a bit, Jeff and Jordan managed to finish in 5th place. The challenges had a western theme which included steer roping, poker, and bandits, so of course the Cowboys team finished first for the second straight week. With all the action going on, we almost lost track of Jordan and Jeff and thought they may be in danger of being eliminated, but they had things under control. As usual, you can check out the full extensive review of this weeks episode, and all the previous episodes over at The Amazing Race Blog.
