The first player revealed on this winters Big Brother 9 season is Tony Westbrook, 33 from Benton, Arkansas. Linda Caillouet from Arkansas Online writes
ARKANSAS — Word is Tony Westbrook of Benton will be among the house guests of the next season of CBS’s reality show, Big Brother 9. The new season - the show’s first winter one - is to begin Tuesday, Feb. 12. Westbrook will be one of 14 people who move into the house. Back home in Arkansas, Westbrook, who is 33 and a Harmony Grove high school graduate (class of ‘92) works as a paraprofessional at Birchtree Community assisted-living facility.
Tony Westbrook stated on his myspace page that he is in a relationship and is smoker/drinker. Tony works at theBirchtree Community assisted-living facility assisting in physical rehabilitation of mentally ill adults. He is currently working on his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
More pictures are available at his Myspace. I find it interesting, as most of my family lives in Benton. I'll have to see if I can get any more info on this. I thought this sort of thing had to be kept super secret too? Wonder if he'll get kicked out?? Either way, the guy looks like a douchebag homo, so I already don't like him.
I still think that has a hidden meaning, and damn it, as soon as we find out we'll be keeping you updated here. Until then, enjoy this commercial and relive a couple great moments from last season.
Not sure if anyone else has seen this, but several rumors are floating around the various message boards and rumor sites that this "winter edition" of Big Brother will only be on for 6 weeks, instead of the usual 12. Which would mean what? Half the number of houseguests? More evictions? What do you think? Leave us a comment if you've heard anything about this, or have an opinion.
Also, the latest ads for BB9 show The All American Rejects singing "Dirty Little Secret". What do you think that means? Secrets???? Could we see another season of people with secret partners?
The first ever winter edition of "Big Brother" premieres Tuesday, Feb. 12 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) with additional broadcasts on Wednesdays (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) beginning Feb. 13 and Sundays (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) beginning Feb. 17. Julie Chen returns as host of the live weekly eviction broadcast.
