This week, Big Brother 2015’s Shelli Poole and Clay Honeycutt find themselves on the chopping block. The Big Brother 17 Power of Veto ceremony secured their fates. One of them will definitely leave this week on Big Brother. However, we may witness the closest vote yet.
Clay tried to make the ultimate Big Brother sacrifice this week: he told everyone to keep Shelli over him. This directly goes against James Huling‘s agenda. James wants Shelli out. She is more of a physical threat to everyone’s Big Brother 2015 game.
Right now, Shelli is in one of the best positions to win Big Brother 17. However, Clay has influenced many of Shelli’s game moves. So both have played decent Big Brother games, but she plays a slightly better physical one, while he plays a slightly better social one.
Vanessa Rousso wants desperately to keep Shelli in the game. She is a better person for Vanessa to go far with in the game. Clay seems like the type of player to kind of fade into the background once Shelli leaves.
It is smarter for the Big Brother 17 house to keep Clay over Shelli. The only player that really benefits from Shelli staying is Vanessa. If Shelli stays, she is likely to win the next Head of Household competition, and target the Goblins, maybe even Austin Matelson.
On the other hand, as long as Shelli stays in the Big Brother 2017 house, she will be a target. So that could benefit a few players worried about becoming the next target. For entertainment value, Shelli is also a better person to keep.
She is prone to big emotional fits and making big moves. For Clay, we are not sure how he will play without Shelli. For Shelli, we see her just being stronger without Clay.
