Yesterday in the Big Brother 2015 house, Vanessa Rousso made a big game move. She put Jason Roy on the block, instead of Austin Matelson. This divided the Big Brother 17 houseguests in a way that cannot be undone.
Vanessa and her Sixth Sense alliance members (Shelli Poole, Clay Honeycutt, Liz Nolan, Julia Nolan, and Austin) have made major moves, but played the game safe. They targeted strong Big Brother 17 houseguests (like Jeff Weldon, Audrey Middleton, and Da’Vonne Rogers), but did it smartly.
They found ways to convince the other Big Brother 2015 houseguests that getting rid of them was best for everyone. Shelli and Clay even made almost every houseguest trust them. They were in a great spot to make the final six. Then Austin betrayed his group.
The entire Big Brother 17 house wanted Austin out. He seemed like a huge threat, had a showmance, and a three person alliance built into it, plus he was untrustworthy. Vanessa agreed to target and evict Austin.
Then she changed her mind and put up Jason. This made the fractions in the house apparent. It also let Meg Maley, James Huling, Jackie Ibarra, and Jason know that they were the low people on the totem pole.
While comparing notes, they concluded that Vanessa must be in an alliance with Liz, Julia, Austin, Shelli, and Clay. Shelli and Clay no longer became trustworthy to the entire house. Meg, James, and Jackie also started to plot their revenge.
They are firmly set on protecting each other and getting out those six players. Meg, James, Jackie, and Jason were friends. However, they weren’t really an alliance until yesterday. Realizing their friends were being picked off one by one, they decided to play dirty and hard.
A new fire got set under them. Jason was the ringleader of that group, but Jackie could easily step into that role. Jackie and James are stronger players than they get credit for in this game. So they could easily win Heads of Household next week and create waves.
Vanessa, Shelli, and Clay may think they have the numbers to stay safe for awhile. However, Austin’s allegiance could become shakier because he knows they were ready to evict him this week. Additionally, Julia will stay loyal to Liz, but that doesn’t mean she’ll be loyal to Austin.
By putting up Jason, without warning him, put the Sixth Sense in the most dangerous position they have been in all season. Could this be the move that hurts their chances of winning Big Brother 17?
