In week one of Big Brother 2015, Audrey Middleton became a huge target. Audrey went around the house spreading rumors and lies. This is a typical Big Brother game tactic, but she took it to a new extreme. This created chaos and confusion in the Big Brother 17 house. Everyone wanted her evicted.
However, Shelli Poole put her friendship above game strategy. She kept Audrey in the Big Brother 2015 house during her reign as Head of Household. This angered a few players but they accepted that Audrey would face eviction next week.
Vanessa Rousso and Austin Matelson became Heads of Household the following week on Big Brother 17. They also decided not to target Audrey. Big Brother fans started to believe Audrey would just zoom to the finals.
This week in the Big Brother 2015 house, Audrey’s twisting of words and facts started to irritate Head of Household Shelli. It also didn’t help that Audrey continues to show distrust towards Clay Honeycutt and Shelli. Yesterday, Shelli was ready to throw Audrey under the bus and move on.
Shelli has been seriously considering backdooring Audrey. She is already working to get her alliance members, Vanessa, Austin, Liz Nolan, Julia Nolan, and Clay, on board for the plan. However, around midnight on the Big Brother 2015 live feeds, Shelli showed hesitation again.
She revealed to Clay that she worried Audrey might blow up their game. Shelli believes Audrey will blow up their alliance as she works to campaign for votes. She thinks it is better to wait for the first double eviction to eliminate Audrey.
This ensures that Audrey cannot spill any secrets, because she will not have enough time to do it. Clay understands Shelli’s concerns but wants Audrey out. Audrey and Clay have had a bit of a rivalry since Big Brother began.
They clearly both want to take Shelli to the finale. In order to do that, they need to get rid of each other. So Clay’s agenda to get out Audrey is partially because he knows she would easily work to take him out.
Due to Shelli’s flip-flopping, we really cannot predict if she will follow through on her backdoor threat. The outcome of this week’s Power of Veto, which is played later today, will determine Shelli’s course of actions.
